Textile Smes In Kerala To Benefit From Kannur Textile Centre

Small-scale textile units in Kannur, Kerala will soon be able to get access to advanced facilities, thanks to the initiative undertaken by the Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA) to promote a textile centre in the region.

The textile centre at Taliparamba in Kannur district will be open for use to SME textile entrepreneurs. The centre will be inaugurated on April 16, 2010 by the Union Textile Minister of State, Panabaaka Lakshmi.

Himfr.com reports Textile and garment exports in October once again turned down
