The company said the marketplace was created in coalition with IndustrialSAVER and e-Worldwide B2B to create a meeting place for companies and consumers to buy, sell and trade all kinds of textiles for industrial, automotive, laboratory, medical, commercial, furniture upholstery, tarpaulins, sewing fabrics, awnings, drapes, carpeting, apparel and fashion, quilting, linen, craft, geotextiles, firefighting, canvas covers, knitting & crochet, work clothing, sporting goods, military and other applications. Officials of IndustrialMRO, a division of Industrial Leaders said the fabrics meant to be bought and sold on the marketplace includes raw cotton, polyester, nylon, yarn, silk, raw cotton, burlap, canvas and other textiles.

Jayson Ward, spokesperson for IndustrialMRO said the company also publishes the American Industrial Textiles & Fabrics Directory which promotes primarily textile mills based in the United States. According to Mr. Ward, the fabric manufacturers, wholesalers and exporters presented on the site provide affordable lines of raw and finished fabrics for producing linens, geotextiles, blankets, personal care products, towels & bath goods, sheeting, twill, pillows, toilet tissue, sneakers & shoes, cleaning rags, fireproof clothing, t-shirts, pants, filter cloth & felt, nylon mesh, netting, dacrons, cheesecloth, diaper cloth, automotive interiors, towellings, foam, area rugs, sheeting, industrial textiles as well as all kinds of machinery and equipment for manufacturing such products. Ward said suppliers in the directory have been selected by ILG editors for their ability to serve national and international accounts.
